INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING

The best way to order is here on the website.

1. Click the tab for your anniversary year
2. Make your selection
3. Click “Add to Cart” under the description of the item
4. Fill out the order form. We need the following information:
   1. Your full name
   2. Your email address if you have one
   3. Your anniversary date
   4. Your work location
   5. Your phone numbers
   6. Your home shipping address (No PO boxes please – we cannot ship to a PO Box)
   7. Be sure to add color or size information in the Additional Comments box if applicable
5. Then click the Submit Order button at the bottom of the order form page

Please note, in the event a manufacturer discontinues any item, a substitute of equal or greater value will be made.
